Amanda and Matthew

Amanda and Matthew were married June 2, 2007 at the West side Church of the Nazarene. Photography was taken by Amelse Photography. I took a different direction in the selection of music for this recap. Matthews brothers are superb musicians and lent their talents to make the day more personal and memorable. They sang during the ceremony and since I had captured it decided to use it in the Recap.

I just received this email from the Brides side of the family.

"Jason,
The video clip that we saw on your blog left us speechless!! You are incredible!!! You caught Amanda and Matthew's personality's so well that you must be psychic!!

Becky Rodgers "

I just want to say that it was a real honor to be part of such an ocasion and allowed to witness two great families such as the Maitland's and Rodger's.

Falling Fast

So far its been a great season. Still trying to get caught up after having moved into a new Condo in Fishers. It may be a while before I get caught up on the weddings this year but for now, been steadily plugging away. The weekend of October 6th I took a break form working since I didn't have a wedding to shoot that weekend. There has been something I have been wanting to do since High School, and that is drop out of a plane. Well..... I finally got the chance. It was only a Tandem jump since it was a last minute decision and I didn't have the time to go through the training. The location was up North at the Indiana Skydiving Academy. The weekend was absolutely gorgeous and they sky's were BLUE!!! I was lucky enough to have one of the guys from Indiana Skydiving Academy film while I was on my way down. to bad I didn't have a camera while on the jump. Again though this was a last minute decision. I decided to put together a mock trailer for a fictitious movie. Using the footage from the ground and some, graciously given to me form my neighbor ( who is also a skydiver). I put together this high impact video. Using Adobe After Effects, some stock sounds and graphics, I was able to play around and create the video here.
