congrats Darrin and Melissa

I received an email tonight from Darrin and Melissa Key who were married August 7, 2004. I still remember their wedding day. Great day with lots of fun and great footage. Their Recap was on my website for quite sometime and I have had lots of requests to use the "Heaven" song for other recaps. I was also informed that there is a new addition to their family. Kaden a beautiful bouncing boy (how do I know this....I got to see his picture....and quite a handful Im sure ) who is 3 months old. Thank you Melissa for the update and hope to see more pics.

Ramey/Pitts Sat_Sept 9

Just getting to write about Saturdays wedding due to reasons discussed in the post below. Dana and Brad were married Saturday September 9, 2006. It was a great day and a great couple to work with. Looking forward to getting started on this one because I know I have some fun shots to work with. I got a chance to work with a photographer I haven't worked with in a while. David Takayoshi owner of Line 11 Images. Its always a pleasure working with David and I look forward to those time that we do. David has a very similar approach to the wedding day that I do and our work and shooting style seem to compliment each others very well. Through out the day I found myself dodging his camera on many occasions. I am very aware of the photographers I work with trying my best to stay out of their shots. On many occasions I could see David out of the corner of my eye with his lens towards me. Naturally I would move very quickly to make sure I wasn't in his shot only to find out that he was actually trying to get me in the shot. David told me later at the reception that Dana actually asked him to get some shots of me as well since it was part of the day. I am definitely looking forward to seeing what David was able to capture. Here is one with David and myself
As you can tell we were having a great time.
Dana and Brad were married at the First Meridian heights Presbyterian Church and had their reception at the Scottish Rite Cathedral.

Website woes

Haven't posted yet this week because I have been having some problems with my website. The server location has been moved and it looks as if I didn't follow the correct procedure when changing domain servers. Because of this I have been getting my emails about 2 days after it has been sent to me and when trying to change some things on my site have been only messing things up. So apologies go out to those that I have not responded to yet and to those that have been viewing a jumbled mess when you are trying to view my site. I am currently rebuilding my site from scratch so it should be up and running smoothly in a couple of days.

But the Greatest of these is LOVE....

Just returned from filming Jason and Margaret's wedding. Let me tell you it was absolutely a beautiful day. Was worried there for a while since the whole week it was looking pretty dark, I thought Fall had already arrived. The Ceremony took place at East 91st St. Christian Church. Lynette was the coordinator for the church and was a real pleasure to work with. I have to give special thanks to the fella working the soundboard, thanks for allowing me to tap into the board, It was much appreciated.
I shared the day with Crowe's Eye Photography. This was the first time I have worked with John and Joslyn, and I had a great time. They worked well with each other and I look forward to seeing their work. I am sure they captured some great moments. The only real obstacle I encountered was at the reception which took place at the Fishers Conference center. Since their was no DJ, I had to be creative in the way in which the audio was captured for the toasts. NO Worries though, I got it.
Any ways I just wanted to shout out my congratulations to the new Jason and Margaret Hiscock. I hope you get that car cleaned up ok.
